If you have a complaint, please write to us at shop@bymagnet.com, and we will help you as best we can.

You have 2 years from the date of purchase to report defects in a product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that are not related to normal wear and tear.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service for assistance. We kindly ask you to include images of the issue, a short note describing the reason for the claim, and your order number. This helps us process your case faster and get in touch if we have additional questions.

We also ask that you provide a copy of your receipt or invoice for the item concerned. If you are unable to provide this, please contact our customer service for assistance.
