Payment

You can order directly in our webshop. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB, Diners, American Express, MobilePay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, as well as local payment methods depending on your country.
The amount will only be charged when the item is shipped. All prices include VAT for EU customers and are shown in EUR.

Delivery & Shipment

Orders are shipped from Denmark via PostNord.

• EU delivery: 6 EUR (4–7 business days)
• Non-EU delivery: 8 EUR (10–21 business days)
• Canada delivery: 8 USD (10–15 business days)
  
• US delivery incl. US Customs duties : 15 USD (10–15 business days)

Right of Withdrawal (Statutory 14 Days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to withdraw from your purchase.
To withdraw, send an e-mail to shop@bymagnet.com within 14 days, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Note:

• Refusing delivery or forgetting to collect a package does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal.

• Uncollected packages may incur an administrative fee of 7 EUR.

Extended Return Policy (30 Days)

We want our customers to be satisfied with their products. In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in substantially the same condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

How to return items:

1. Notify us by e-mail to shop@bymagnet.com within 14 days of receipt.

2. Return the items at your own expense.

3. Include the original invoice or order number in your return.
   

4. Pack items securely to avoid damage during transport or magnets sticking to metal.

Refunds will be processed to the card or account used for purchase within 10 days after we have received and approved the returned item.

Returning items: To make international returns easier and reduce shipping costs, we accept returns without tracking. Simply send us an email with a photo of the package or envelope, and we will approve the return
