Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB, Diners, American Express, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and local payment methods depending on your country.

• The amount will only be charged when the item is shipped.
• You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to withdraw from your purchase.

If you wish to change your order, please send us an email as soon as possible, as changes must be handled manually.

• Who can I contact if I have issues with my order?

Orders are shipped from Denmark via PostNord:

• EU delivery: 6 EUR (4–7 business days)
• Non-EU delivery: 8 EUR (10–21 business days)
• US/Canada delivery: 8 USD (10–15 business days)

You will receive a tracking number and notifications from PostNord. If you don’t receive shipping information, please check your SPAM folder and contact us.

Forgot to Pick Up Your Package?
Some packages are not picked up, which can result in extra handling fees. Since you have already paid for shipping, please keep an eye on notifications from PostNord.

• If your package is returned and you want it resent, a handling fee of 65 DKK plus the standard shipping cost will apply.
• Refusing delivery or forgetting to collect a package does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal.

• How do I use the product correctly?
  Our magnetic holders are designed for easy and safe use in your kitchen. Please follow the included instructions. For guidance on specific versions, see our product FAQ.
• Which versions are available?
  We offer Classic (for standard and some special sinks) and Universal (for thicker or special sinks). Ensure you have the correct version for your sink type.
• What if the magnet does not hold?
  If the holder does not stay in place, you may have the wrong version, or the metal plate/magnet may not be mounted correctly. Check our FAQ or contact us for help.
• Can the product be washed in the dishwasher?
  No. Magnets have a protective layer and are not rustproof. Wash by hand with a damp cloth to preserve them.
• What if parts are missing or broken?
  Contact us at shop@bymagnet.com. We will help you how to get a replacements so your product works perfectly.

• How long is the warranty?
  All products come with a 24-month warranty according to Danish law.
• How do I make a complaint?
  If your item is defective, contact us at shop@bymagnet.com with photos, a description of the issue, and the purchase date.
• Can the item be repaired or replaced?
  Yes. Depending on the issue, we will repair or replace your item to ensure it functions as intended.
